Join me in a studio setting for a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow. This is a fun, fast paced class where you will build strength and flexibility on your way to a well earned savasana. I keep this class open to all levels - with challenges on offer for advanced students and lots of modifications for beginners - everyone is welcome (you do not have to touch your toes - promise!)
